Further details for Short-Range Devices, or devices such as our Radar Transceiver can be found under bullet point "Funkanlagen geringer Reichweite (SRD)". Specifically, when staying in the ISM-Band, the document about "Funkanwendungen mit geringer Reichweite; Non-specific Short Range Devices" applies, while for which a CE label is not mandatory but advantageous. For an operation outside of the ISM-Band, the document about "UWB-Ultra Wide Band" applies.Here a CE label for the intended product is mandatory.
